The buildings are complete with full basements and attached garage units. Each apartment has two baths, two bedrooms a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a utility room. The basements are to be partitioned with fencing for storage, Each garage is for two cars. The exterior is to be hardboard siding with a standing seam metal roof. The buildings are designed so that they are suitable for modular or conventional construction. It is anticipated that both buildings will be bid in one bid, however one of the buildings may be bid as an optional item. Completion time is 365 days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated range is $1,000,000 -- $5,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will shall be considered by the National Park Service.
