Pierce, Contracting Office, 301-227-1904 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION REGARDING THE OMNIBUS SOLICITATION IS PROVIDED: 1) The RFP release date of 5 May 1998 has been extended until approximately 27 May 1998. Offerors will have 45 days to provide their SF 254/255 submissions after RFP release. 2) Due to the number/scope of comments, the Draft RFP has been revised. The 2nd Draft RFP will be placed on the NIMA homepage on or about 15 May 1998. Offerors may view the latest version at www.nima.mil. NIMA requests that any comments be provided within 5 working days, and be addressed to Mr. Howard W. Pierce at pierceh@nima.mil, or by facsimile at 301-227-4793. Major changes include a revision of Sections L and M, revision of the oral communications provision, and inclusion of security clearances as an evaluation factor. 3) The Pre-proposal conference, originally scheduled for 20 May 1998, has been postponed until 29 May 1998. Time and place remains unchanged. In the event that the RFP is not released prior to that date, the conference will be changed from a Pre-proposal conference to a Pre-solicitation conference. 4) In order to facilitate teaming at the conference, offerors are requested to bring multiple copies of a single-page summary of their capabilities and needs. These summaries will be placed in a central location to facilitate teaming. (0133)
