4TH DISTRICT MISSOURI CONGRESSMAN IKE SKELTON FEDERAL PROCUREMENT CONFERENCE, 29 MAY 1998 4th DISTRICT MISSOURI CONGRESSMAN IKE SKELTON FEDERAL PROCUREMENT CONFERENCE, On 29 May 1998, Congressman Ike Skelton will sponsor in cooperation with the Missouri Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) and Missouri Procurement Assistance Centers (MOPAC) a federal procurement conference in Warrensburg, Missouri. Registration will begin at 7:30 A.M. in the Central Missouri State University Union Building, room 234B. In addition to Congressman Skelton, distinguished speakers include Rear Admiral Mike Sullivan the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development and Acquisition). Emphasis will be on Electronic Commerce/Electronic Data Interchange (EC/EDI) and breaking into the government market, specifically with the Department of Defense.
