If these products have not been delivered to the Government in the past 10 years, one first article power supply, one first article power amplifier and one drawing package will be required. First article tests will be performed by contractor. Hardware must comply with Government performance specification. Delivery of first article units shall be 90 days after contract award. Delivery of production units required 180 days after contract award or 180 days after first article approval. Numbered Notes 1 and 26 are applicable. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
