whenever possible. Computer equipped training facilities will be
provided by the Federal agency requesting training. Courses will be

TX, Detroit, MI, Fresno, CA, Martinsburg, WV, Memphis, TN, New York,
NY, Ogden, UT, Parkersburg, WV, Philadelphia, PA, San Francisco, CA,
San Jose, CA, Seattle, WA, Washington, DC, or Woodbridge, NJ. Qualified
offerors are encouraged to request solicitation GS/USDA-MWR-RFQ-98-01
