Q -- RADIATION ONCOLOGY SERVICES SOL RFP 632-17-98 DUE 061898 POC Mr. Selah Scott, Contracting Officer (516)261-4400x7130 The Radiation Oncology Section at the VA Medical Center, Northport, NY will require radiation oncology services for patients who need radiation treatment. The contractor shall provide the facility with the necessary staff to operate the Radiation Oncology Service. Staffing should be adequate to insure optimum patient care, and meet requirements in the statement of work. Coverage wil begin at 8AM and will be routinly available till 4:30pm. Contractor will also be responsibe to provide emergency coverage during weekends, holidays, evenings and night hours. Contract to start July 1, 1998 and end September 30, 1998 with 4 one year options to extend. Solicitations available o/a 5-18-98 with proposals due 6-18-98. (0132)
