Contract Specialist or Mrs. Tina Rule, Contract Specialist The work includes but is not limited to furnishing all labor, material, equipment and supervision necessary for the removal of approximately 60,600 SF of single ply membrane roof system and rigid insulation down to the metal deck and its replacement with a new fully adhered single ply membrane roof system with mechanically attached rigid insulation, removal of gutters and downspouts and their replacement with new stainless steel gutters and downspouts and all incidental related work. Tentative issue date of solicitation is 05 June 1998. Bid opening date of 21 July 1998 is approximate. The estimated cost range for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. SIC Code is 1761. The related small business standard is $7,000,000.00. Period of performance is 225 calendar days. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This procurement solicitation will be issued as full and open competition (unrestricted). This is not set aside for small business concerns.
