Yoshimoto (808)43-6535 x 197, FAX (808)438-6563 The contractor shall provide quality control inspections, materials, supplies, labor, transportation, equipment, supervision, and administrative support necessary to repair and perform preventive maintenance services for Family Housing Dwelling Units (DU). Some housing areas will require repair and preventive maintenance on associated roadways, sewer system, water distribution system, outdoor athletic recreation areas, and tot lots. The contractor shall perform four basic work classifications: Preventive Maintenance (PM) work, Service Order (SO) work, Standing Operating Orders (SOO) work, and Individual Job Orders (IJO) work. Family Housing DUs are located at Fort Shafter, Tripler Army Medical Center, Helemano Military Reservation, Leilehua Golf Course, Mendoca Park, Schofield Barracks, Leaderfield, Schofield Barracks Area A, Old NCO Academy Site and Wheeler Army Airfield (Areas 700 and 1), Island of Oahu, Hawaii. Period of performance is 1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999 with four prepriced option periods. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business.
