Manning, Contracting Officer, (209) 982-2410 Contractor to remove existing roof-mounted, packaged air handling unit, window-type air conditioning units, wall heaters, and ductwork and provide and install a new HVAC system complete with instrumentation and controls, air distribution system, and related equipment to provide heating and cooling for Warehouse 20 offices and lunchrooms. Work also includes removing all existing ceiling diffusers, grilles, registers, and light fixtures, providing new drop ceiling and lighting, replacing all exterior glass windows with new double-glazed windows. Period of performance is 180 days after Notice to Proceed. Estimated project size is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. Standard Industrial Code is 1541 for which the small business size standard is $17 million.
