Remove 2 existing 350-ton chillers, 2 chilled water pumps, 2 condenser water pumps, and associated controls, electrical switchgear, foundations, and supports. Also remove existing main cooling tower and condenser water piping located at roof level. Furnish and install two new centrifugal, external drive chillers of approximate 400 ton capacity. Chillers shall be equipped with variable frequency drives for load control and shall comply with ARI, ASME, ASHRAE, and AWS standards. Furnish and install new chilled water pumps, condenser water pumps, chiller plant controls, two-cell forced draft cooling tower, condenser water piping at roof level, and chilled water piping and condenser water piping within the confines of the chiller room in the basement of the building. Provide new switchgear and controls. New chiller control panels shall be fully compatible with the building automation system for remote starting, stopping, monitoring of all chiller points, at the US Customhouse, 610 So.
