Performance period includes 146 calendar days for administrative matters and 180 calendar days for on site construction for a total of 360 calendar days. The estimated cost range of this proposed acquisition is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Solicitation will be available on or about 25 May 1998. This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and will include procedures for Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns -- Construction Test Program. Woman-owned and small disadvantaged business concerns are encouraged to submit offers.
