The switch gear shall be designed for operation at 60 Hz. Switch gear equipment shall be rated for a nominal voltage class of 13.8 kV and shall have a BIL of not less than 95kV. Services will be required to erect the switch gear building, install switch gear, and perform testing. Training of approx. 5 government employees is required.
