SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT WITH THE GOVERNMENT OF AMERICAN SOMOA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE TO COLLECT FUNDAMENTAL LAND, PRODUCER, CROP, AND PRODUCTION INFORMATION ON THE ISLAND OF AMERICAN SOMOA The United States Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency intends solely to solicit and negotiate with the Government of American Somoa Department of Agriculture to collect fundamental land, producer, crop, and production information on the island of American Samoa. Presently, the Government of American Somoa Department of Agriculture has representatives collecting similar information. These representatives have the unique expertise and experience required to meet the needs of the Farm Service Agency. The terms of this requirement will be for a base year and four option years.
