The successful contractor shall provide OEM or equivalently trained technicians to perform necessary maintenance and repairs. All parts, labor, and travel shall be included in the quoted price. Service shall include one (1) preventive maintenance visit per year to include one (1) calibration, and the contractor shall provide unlimited on-call maintenance between the hours of 0800 through 1700 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
