Only the three upper floors of new construction and adjacent existing areas are involved. The first three floors of new construction structural steel framing will remain open. Metal deck and concrete floor slabs will be used on top three floors and roof of new construction. The work includes all interior walls and finishes for both new and renovation areas. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems and site work are included for the new and renovation areas. Asbestos abatement in renovated areas is included. -- Cost Range: Between $10 and $20 Million. Bid Documents will be available May 6, 1998.
