is: North -- the intersection of Rte 169 & Dividend Rd, on Rte 169;
South -- the intersection of Rtes 169 & 171 on Rte 169; East -- Rte
169; West -- the intersection of Old Hall Rd & Rte 171 on Rte 171. The
space requirements are: 5,734 SF Net Interior Space; 26,700 SF
Driveway, parking & maneuvering; 81,300 Minimum site size. The term is
for 20 years with four 5-year renewal options. Proposals will be
received through June 5, 1998, and must be submitted by principals
only, on specified forms and in accordance with official advertisement
for space. Solicitation packages may be purchased by sending a
non-refundable cashier's check or money order made payable to "USPS
