The VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, Marion, Indiana is requesting bids for Healthcare Laundry Services for the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, with facilities in Fort Wayne and Marion, Indiana and for the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Services are required with a normal 24-hour turnaround time. Services are to begin bewteen October 1, 1998 and January 1, 1999 with a 30-day notice given by the Government. The initial contract period is one year with options to extend the contract for four one-year periods. SIC 7219 applies to this procurement. This is not a small business set-aside, however a business is considered small if its average annual receips for SIC 7219 for the preceding three years do not exceed $5.0 million.
