Wears, Contract Specialist, 202-260-0092 The U.S. Department of
Education, Office of the UnderSecretary, requires a contractor to
conduct a study to evaluate the Department of Education's Talent Search
program and to determine the impact of the program on program
participants. A secondary and relatively modest objective is to gather
information on the Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) program. The
base period of performance for the evaluation of the Talent Search
program will be 14 months, with and additional option period of 36
months to assess the impact of Talent Search on its participants, for
a potential period of performance of 50 months. Requests for copies of

person. All requests shall reference the RFP number ED-98-R-0013 and
