The ORARNG is in need of 1,166,400 total ounces of a low-fat, low cholesterol, high protein milk based flavored beverage. A Sole Source buy is contemplated. This is a one time buy. Acceptable ingredients will be Low-Fat Milk, Water and Milk Protein Concentrate. The ORARNG requires that the beverage have between 220-250 calories per serving, 27-35 calories per ounce, 3-8 grams of total fat and between 20% and 30 % of the Recommended Daily Allowance per serving. Single Serving size is preferred at 8 ounces, but may be 10 ounces. The beverage needs to be packaged in a carton like container. Paper products are preferred. The single serving needs to have a shelf life of 12 months or longer and does not require refrigeration. There will be two delivery locations, Camp Rilea, OR and Camp Withycombe, OR.
