The work includes site work, the block addition, acoustically treated dividing walls, area heating and individual air cell exhaust systems and equipment cooling. Existing building utilities will be extended to the addition. Electrical work includes area lighting and equipment power and provisions for test equipment wiring (by others). The test equipment installation is not part of this contract. NOTE: AWARD OF THIS CONTRACT IS CONTINGENT ON WINNING THE SACRAMENTO WORKLOAD AND RECEIVING ACCEPTABLE FUNDING. THERE WILL BE NO ASSURANCE OF CONTRACT AWARD UNLESS BOTH CONTINGENCIES ARE MET. Estimated Range: $500,000 -- $1,000,000 Performance Period: 270 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The approximate issue/response date will be 27 May 98. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor are acceptable.
