Work consists of clearing and grubbing, excavation, placement of crushed aggregate and seeding and mulching. This is a Request for Quotes requiring completion of a questionnaire covering technical capability and past performance, detailed technical proposals are not required. Award evaluation criteria include technical capability specific to aggregate surfaced road reconstruction (slump/slide repair) and past performance history in addition to price; award may be made without discussions. Estimated start work is mid-July with a project completion time of 30 days.
