This is a Request for Quotes requiring completion of a questionnaire covering technical capability and past performance; detailed technical proposals are not required. Award evaluation criteria include technical capability specific to precommercial thinning of forested lands and past performance history in addition to price; award may be made without discussions. Estimated start work is mid-July with a project rate of progress of 8 acres per day.
