These software products are currently installed on equipment located at the DMC in Mechanicsburg, PA; Ogden, UT; Dayton, OH; Oklahoma City, OK; Sacramento, CA; San Antonio, TX; Denver, CO; Dmc Jacksonville, FL; San Diego, CA; Columbus, OH; Chambersburg, PA; Mechanicsburg, PA; Huntsville, AL, St. Louis, MO; Rock Island, IL and Warner Robins, GA. Period of performance for the maintenance is 1 Jul 98 through 30 Jun 99. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software maintenance must indicate their interest within 15 days of this announcement. Any party interested in receiving the pricing request shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Datafax requests to 618-229-9414 are acceptable. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals. All responses to the pricing request from responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the award of the contract. The resultant contract will be firm, fixed price.
