materials and labor required for restroom alterations for accessibility
at the J. Wood Jr. U.S. Courthouse, 655 East Durango Blvd., San
Antonio, Texas. Estimated Cost Range: $100,000 to $250,000. Project No.
RTX97074, Solicitation No. GS-07P-98-HUC-0053. Bid Opening scheduled
for on or about July 2, 1998. Work includes selective demolition
including asbestos abatement of the following: gyp board and metal stud
partitions with vinyl wall covering, doors and frames, lavatories,
urinals, toilets, toilet partitions, and accessories, suspended skim
coat plaster on gypsum board, ceilings, ductwork, electrical outlets,
light fixtures, switches, etc. Provide new construction and finishes
and equipment including new partitions of gyp board on metal studs and
with acoustical insulation, ceilings, doors, floor finishes, wall
finishes, toilet room accessories, toilet compartments, plumbing,
electrical and all other work included in the specifications and
drawings. All work is to be performed after normal working hours and on
