The Portland, VA Medical Center is seeking commercially available transportation services to provide beneficiary travel by hired car/wheelchair van to patients in the Adult Day Health Care program located at the Vancouver Division of the Portland VA Medical Center. Patients will be transported on a round trip basis from the Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington Metropolitan area to the ADHC. No EMT training is required for this contract, it is strictly a taxi type service. This service shall be performed for base year plus four (4) additional option years.
