The vendor will be responsible for furnishing all material and labor necessary to complete this job. There is no formal bid package as these are the only requirements. No award will be made on the basis of requests in response to this notice. It is the intent of the Government to negotiate on a sole source basis with US West Communications, Inc., 6912 S.
