L -- CONTRACTOR ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL SERVICES (CETS) FOR THE AN/TPS-59(V)1 AND (V)3 RADAR SYSTEMS POC Michael D. Blackstone, Contracting Officer, Marine Corps Systems Command, 703-784-5822 (x253) The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to award a sole-source contract to Lockheed Martin Corporation (Ocean, Radar and Sensor Systems Division), Syracuse, New York for Contractor Engineering and Technical Services (CETS) in support of the AN/TPS-59(V)1 & (V)3 Radar System. Contract field services personnel will provide technical non-personal services, to include advice and assistance, in planning for and instruction of Marine Corps maintenance, calibration, and repair of the AN/TPS-59(V)1 & (V)3 Radar System and associated systems. During the initial period of performance, the contract field services personnel will provide support to the using units during fielding of the AN/TPS-59(V)3. CETS will be provided in support of Marine Air Control Group-18(MACG-18)(Okinawa, Japan), MACG-28 (East Coast), MACG-38(West Coast), MACG-48 (Reserves), MCTSSA (Camp Pendleton, CA), and MCCES (Camp Pendleton, CA). The initial period of performance will be 1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999 with an option to continue through 30 September 2000.
