The requirement is for ADP Support Services for Scientific and Engineering applications under GSA's Federal Information Systems Support Program (FISSP). This will be an Indefinite-delivery, Indefinite-quantity contract for a base period of one year, with six one-year options, for industrial group 7379. This is a competitive solicitation under Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act (15 USC 637(a)). Anticipated services encompass one or more of the following areas of support: 1) requirements design and computer security analysis, including feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis, and functional alternatives study; 2) system development/software maintenance and software life cycle functions, including detailed systems design, configuration control/management, and application software development; 3) hardware assessment in the delivery of systems development and maintenance requirements. The contract will provide services in the Mid-Atlantic Region of Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and WestVirginia, as well as permitting those services to be provided nationwide.
