clarence.oakes@med.va.gov. This is a Notice Of Intent to award a sole
source contract to Seattle Systems, Incorporated for the upgrade of our
present Apollo4 Cath Lab Inventory Control System to the Apollo32 Cath
Lab Inventory Control System. This system is a Windows based data
management system and is fully integrated with our hemodynamic package,
Siemens Cath Cor. It must have the ability to align inventory data and
cost of procedures with our existing database to assess outcomes of
procedures and the cost of doing procedures. Data entered into the
inventory package must be automatically and seamlessly downloaded into
the database for future queries, utilization review, and the ability
to retrieve data on the costs of our operation. This Notice Of Intent
is not a Request For Competitive Proposal or Quotation however, all
proposals received as a result of this synopsis will be considered
solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive
procurement. All essential characteristics will be outlined in the
solicitation. All requests must be in writing. Requests may be faxed to
