The proposed contract is for project MDY 93-0167, Repair Bulk Fuel Storage, which consists of but is not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, and related items to replace existing soil/asphalt dikes surrounding four jet fuel storage tanks with concrete and liner in each of the dike areas extending from top of dike along the bottom of the containment basin and three feet up the sides of the tanks. Modify the four existing tanks & piping for installation of high level/low level alarm valves and controls, install cathodic protection system for each tank & replace existing stair with new. All work shall be in strict compliance with specifications and drawings. This will be a firm fixed price construction contract with 180 days construction performance time. Magnitude of proposed project is between $ 500,000 and $ 1,000,000.
