Martin, Contracting Officer The following constitutes a market survey of industry to determine interest/capabilities of POTENTIAL 8(a) SOURCES. The National Imagery and Mapping Agency is analyzing the potential sources to determine the feasibility of an 8(a) set aside for Custodial Services that include: Floor Maintenance, Restroom Cleaning, Dusting, and Trash Removal. The National Imagery and Mapping Agency has two sites seeking this proposed acquisition located in St. Louis, Missouri and Bethesda, Maryland. The sizes, in square footage (SF), of the two sites are approximately 1,000,000 SF (St. Louis) and 350,000 SF (Bethesda). Both sites consist of general office space, computer rooms, dining facilities, and conference rooms. A Firm Fixed Price contract with Award Fee provisions is contemplated with a one year base period plus four option years. The applicable SIC Code is 7349 and the applicable size standard for this proposed acquisition $12 million. Firms must demonstrate at least 2 years experience performing same or similarcustodial tasks in the form of an outline of projects for specific relevant work completed or currently being performed which includes contract numbers, description of work, points of contacts with phone numbers, most recent past performance questionnaires; and any other pertinent information which would enable the Government to assess each firm's capabilities. Firms responding are requested to indicate their level of interest in this proposed acquisition by stating they are: (1) Interested in performing work at: a) Both Sites or b) St. Louis only or Bethesda only (indicate which site); (2) In possession of a Facility security clearance at level: a) Top Secret or B) Secret or c) Does not possess facility security clearance; (3) Currently employing personnel with security clearances at level: a) Top Secret or b) Secret or c) No Personnel with any security clearance. Replies to this survey must be received no later than close of business 14 May 1998.
