Perform scheduled right-of- way maintenance work on the transmission and distribution aerial plant, including but not limited to tree trimming and clearing as defined on drawings. It is understood that Fort Lewis' electric circuits will continue to operate at voltages up to and including 115KV throughout the course of the required work. The contract period consists of Base Period (1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999) and three one-year option periods. This procurement will be issued as unrestricted.
