The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure Contractor Support Services (CSS) to perform a wide variety of program management/analysis functions in support of the Tactical Training Ranges Program Office (PMA-248) within the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). These CSS will provide; analysis of acquisition alternatives, schedule preparation/tracking of program execution progress, planning/execution of program budgets, and FMS (Foreign Military Sales) program support. CSS will be required to participate in program design reviews, and to develop, implement, and maintain a Management Information System (MIS) to track FMS program directives. The solicitation will contain a base year plus four option years averaging approximately 34,940 hours per year. Due to the nature of the Government's requirement, the contractor must maintain facilities that are located within thirty-five (35) miles of the main gate of the Naval Air Station, located in Patuxent River, Maryland and be located within the counties ofSt. Mary's, Calvert, or Charles. To be considered for award, contractor must have a Secret security facilities clearance. This requirement is a competitive small business set-aside. The SIC code for this requirement is 8741.
