R -- E-2C AIRCRAFT HOISTING SLING DRAWING UPDATES SOL N68335-98-R-0205 DUE 051598 POC Marybeth Kacek -- (732) 323-2061 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst (NAVAIRWARCENACDIVLKE) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman Corporation for services to perform a top-down review and update of the E-2C Aircraft Hoisting Sling (PN 123SME50642-1) drawing package. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these services under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own any of the data or its rights to procure these services on a competitive basis. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. (0120)
