The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with Section C of the solicitation. the management fee shall be based on a firm-fixed percentage fo the estimated gross commission. C.1 Scope of Work C.1.1 The Contractor shall survey District owned and leased facilities and report the current vending machine operations in the following manner: C.1.1.2 A listing of all vending machines (serial numbers and owners) located in District-owned and leased facilities excluding Public Housing, D.C. General Hospital, University of the District of Columbia, and locations where blind vendors operate. At a minimum, the listing should include the address of the facility and the exact location of the vending machine (room number and/or floor). (0119)
