The maximum contract period will be for 12 months. The acquisition will be issued unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit proposals which will be considered by the agency. The contractor shall furnish products under this contract which originate from an establishment currently appearing in the Directory of Sanitarily Approved Food Establishments, as published by Headquarters, US Army Health Services Command; and the Sanitation Compliance and Enforcement Ratings of Interstate Milk Shippers List (IMSL), published quarterly by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Service.
