Kirkpatrick, 915/564-6154 The Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures and furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and appurtenances for the construction of project #C756-97-006, "Third Floor Porcelain Floor Tile" as required by the scope of work and the specifications at the Department of Veteran Affairs, VA Health Care Center #756, "Third Floor Main Entrance", El Paso, Texaz, 79930-4211. The scope of work will include demolition of existing flooring, grout, and mortar base; the installation of new porcelain stone tile and cove base and all incidental work related to the installation. Work shall include, but not limited to, staging, demolition, installation and cleaning. Items not identified on the drawings, but required by code shall be included in this scope of work. The contractor shall field verify all existing installations, dimensions, and required work prior to bidding this project. Failure to conduct field verification shall not exempt the contractor from performing the work mentioned herein. The estimated cost range is $25,000 and $100,000.
