Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work in strict accordance with Performance Work Statement, and drawings forming parts thereof, to install additional ceiling tile and modify existing light switching. Patch and paint interior walls, paint doors and frames, modify entrance door locks, install new electric power above the ceiling for future installation of system furniture, modify electric panel circuits to match print, label wires at junction boxes to match circuit breaker number. Install additional circuit breakers. Install new carpet, and Cove Base. Reinstall Hauserman ready-wall. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with applicable NIMA and OSHA requirements. The performance period for this project is 45 calendar days after the contractor receives the notice to proceed. The approximate cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This work is located at the National Imagery and Mapping Agency facilities at 3200 South Second Street. This project is 100% set-aside for small business. The SIC Code is 1751.
