Additionally, for the bridge connection to Bldg. 215, the work includes selective demolition of exterior windows and masonry wall construction, interior partitions, and finishes to provide for the installation of new partition finishes and masonry and incidental related work. This is a Request for Proposal and requires submission of technical and price proposals. In summary, the technical criteria consists of 1)Prime Contractor Past Performance and Experience 2) Technical Factors including Quality Control, Construction Management, Construction Schedule, and Support of Small Business. Plans and specifications will be available and issued on a first come first serve basis. There is no charge for plans and specifications. Proposals will be due approximately June 23, 1998.
