Geographic area to be served: Responses should list cities within the states of Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas and Missouri in which those firms provide wireless digital telephone communications services (digital cellular). At their option, potential offerors may also list other cities outside the described states in which they provide this service and would be interested in providing to Government agencies through a Blanket Purchase Agreement with the Government.
