The cluster will be comprised of the following five commissaries: Ft Leonard Wood, MO (Deli/Bakery); Whiteman AFB, MO (Deli/Bakery); C.M. Price, IL (Deli only); Scott AFB, IL (Deli only); and Little Rock AFB, AR (Deli/Bakery). This will be a contractor-owned product with the contractor responsible for ordering, receiving, storing, displaying, merchandising, and processing products for sale to commissary customers. The government will furnish secure space in each commissary for the contractor operated delicatessen and bakery. The contractor will retain ownership of the deli/bakery products until purchased by the commissary customer.
