70 -- UPGRADE EXISTING STANDARD PROPERTY BOOK SYSTEM-REDESIGN (SPBS-R) SOL W81GNX-8103-1001 DUE 051198 POC Contract Specialist Linda Wallis (703)706-2779, Contracting Officer Zenaida Castro (703)706-2763 MODIFICATION OF NOTICE OF INTENT to award a sole source purchase order (under FAR Parts 12 and 13) to Evolution Inc, Raleigh, NC for upgrades to existing Standard Property Book System Redesign (SPBS-R) systems at Headquarters, US Army Intelligence & Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA. Sole Source Authority 6.302-1 (10 USC 2304(c)(1). This modification adds additional award evaluation criteria, additional delivery sites, and additional system requirements. Proposed delivery schedule and fielding plan is added as an additional award evaluation criteria. Additional delivery sites are added: Fort Gordon GA, Fort Bliss TX, Republic of South Korea, Camp Zama Japan, Schofield Barracks Hawaii, Bad Aibling GE, Menwith Hill Great Britain, and Fort George G. Meade. The contractor shall propose a delivery and training schedule. The Fort Belvoir site shall receive first delivery, setup and training within 30 days after award date. Delivery and training for the other sites shall begin in 01 July 1998 and be completed no later than 31 Dec 1998.
