Successful contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, and services to perform the required work necessary to construct an approximately seventeen thousand three hundred and fifty (17,350) square foot, two story maintenance, training, and administrative building. This facility will consists of engineered fill with a reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab with steel framed masonry walls and roof structure. Construction of an approximately four thousand (4,000) square foot, pre-manufactured metal storage building consisting of a reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab with masonry walls. Site improvements include clearing and grubbing, earthwork, grassing, and erosion control. The contractor shall provide all necessary drainage devices (pipes, end treatment, culvert, flumes, ditches, inlets, curb, etc.), gutter, paving, and pavement striping. Building support systems includesthe plumbing, piping, mechanical, electrical, sound, CCTV, telephone, and data. The work shall follow the project drawings and specifications. The period of performance will be four hundred twenty-five calendar days. Plans and specifications will be available on or about May 15, 1998. A non-refundable certified check or money order, not a company check is required for plans and specifications in the amount of one hundred forty five ($145.00) dollars made payable to the Treasurer of the U.S.. The solicitation can be provided at no cost. Plans and specifications will also be available for review at various plan houses within the state of Tennessee.
