INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE AND RECONNAISSANCE (ISR) INDUSTRY DAY, THURSDAY, 21 MAY 1998, 0800-1500, AT THE MITRE CORP, M-BUILDING, 202 BURLINGTON ROAD, BEDFORD, MA This Industry Day is sponsored by the Electronic Systems Center's Combat Air Forces, Command & Control SPO (CAF C2), Advanced Development Division (ESC/ACP) and the Air Combat Command Reconnaissance and Surveillance Directorate, Modernization Planning Branch (ACC/DRR). The purpose of the Industry Day is to 1) present the USAF S&R Mission Area Deficiencies, the Surveillance and Threat Warning (S&TW) Mission Area Deficiencies and the Intelligence Mission Support Plan Deficiencies, and 2) to invite participation in the development of operational concepts to solve ISR deficiencies. The seminar will be held at the MITRE Corporation. Badging and sign-in will begin at 0800 and the briefings will start at 0830 hours. The Seminar will be conducted at the SECRET-US ONLY classification level. Concept submission requirements (scope, format), and evaluation process and criteria will also be presented. Concepts will be due NLT 22 June 98. Seating is limited. Request a maximum of two (2) representatives per company or major company division.
