PROGRAM AND CASE TRACKING SYSTEM (IMPACT) SOL DEA-98-R-0020 POC Jeffrey

Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the design, development, and
implementation of the IMPACT System. This system will focus on the
development of a user-oriented information collection, maintenance, and
dissemination approach that will significantly alter the manner in
which the DEA currently manages its information. The DEA is requesting
that GSA Schedule holders setup teaming agreements in response to this
request and provide letters of interest within fifteen (15) calendar
days from the date of the notification. It is anticipated that the
implementation of the IMPACT approach, such as one-time data entry at
point-of-collection will significantly streamline the field processing
of case information. The Contractor(s) shall perform: system analysis,
rapid system design and development, and system deployment
organization- wide. The system will tie into A: PCs connected to
mainframe systems using CT-Open, Amdahl 5995 mainfrome computers,
virtual machine/ system product (VMS/SEA), and Sequent-Winpro Servers
(NT servers). The workstations operate using MS-DOS, Windows 95,
Microsoft NT and UNIX. Athe Application Development Software includes:
Compurter- Corporation of America s Model 204 V3R2, Model 204 User
Language V3R2 and upgrades, Model 204 Data Dictionary V3R2, Model 204
Host Language Interface (HLI), SOFTSPY Model 204 Development Package,
COBOL Programming language, Microsoft Access 7 for Win 95, ORACLE
Designer and Developer 2000, Visual Basic/VBA, Sirius Janus Web Server,
COTS Software Development Tools. The documentation software includes
Wordperfect (latest version), Microsoft Power Point (latest version)
and Microsoft Excel (latest Version). Offerors must identify the
existing GSA Schedule Contract References in order to receive a copy of
