Under this contract the Contractor will undertake specific tasks associated with the engineering analysis, software design and prototyping, software coding and testing, applications, and deployment for relational and other database-related software associated with Corps Water Control Data System (WCDS) and HEC software development projects. Task orders will be issued defining the specific task to be undertaken and product to be developed. For each task, the Contractor will work substantially on-site as a member of one or more of the HEC software development teams, working together with HEC staff and possibly other contractors. This proposed contract is unrestricted. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 7373. The size standard for this SIC code is: $18,000,000.00. REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The acquisition method is negotiated procurement. A technical and cost proposal will be required. Evaluation by the Government will result in selection of firm that represents the best value to the Government.
