Provide a vacuum calibration system designed primarily for the evaluation, acceptance test, and routine calibration of various types of vacuum gauges over the range of 1 x 10 to the -7th to 1000 Torr. The system shall be computer controlled and automated to read the standard gauges and the gauges being calibrated. The maximum total uncertainty in the system shall not exceed plus or minus 0.05% of indicated pressure and temperature coefficients. The standard gauges in the system shall be calibrated by or traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The contract performance period will be approximately 270 days.
