This is a modification to a combined synopsis/solicitation N00140-98-Q-1686, posted on April 3, 1998. This modified announcement consititues the only solicitation; quotation are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This modification is to clarify the date, time and available facility. The dates for noon meals will be 2 day a month, will be on a Saturday and Sunday the time will approximately be from 1130 to 1230. The Government will provided facility for meals, also Government will be responsible for cleaning of facility. The response date of 10 April 1998 is hereby extended to 29 April 1998, 4:00 pm local Philadelphia time. All other previously posted descriptions and instructions remain as originally posted on 03 April 1998. (0113)
