Request for Proposals (RFP) GS-11P-98-MPD-0041 is for providing security guard services at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), located at 500 C St., SW, Washington, DC, and at the Metro Center I, Hyattsville, MD. All guards shall be armed and GSA A-1 certified. A Top Secret facility clearance will be required before commencement of services. Services are expected to begin on or about 09/01/98 for a period of one year with the Government having the unilateral option to extend services for four (4) consecutive additional periods of one year each. The RFP issue date will be on or about 05/13/98, and the solicitation closing date will be on or about 06/16/98. This procurement is open to both large and small businesses.
