The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, Florida, intends to award a contract to Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., 2000 N. Beauregard Street, Suite 400, Alexandria, Va 22311-1811 on a sole source basis for support for use of the General Campaign Analysis Model (GCAM). Coastal Systems Station needs support to modify this existing scenario to include the Autonomous Distributed System (DADS). The GCAM is Navy owned, but was written by SPA. SPA developed the models used to determine original interaction probabilities and is the only contractor that can update these probabilities. The required delivery date is 30 Sep 1998.
